The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has invited bids for the construction of two road over bridges (ROBs) in Chhattisgarh, aimed at improving connectivity along key stretches of the National Highway network.
The first contract involves the construction of a two-lane ROB at NH Level Crossing No. AB-72, located at km 357.370 of NH-78 (now NH-43) on the Surajpur to Ambikapur road, and the estimated value of this work is Rs 28.4 crore. The second order, valued at Rs 63.15 crore, is for a two-lane ROB at LC No. AB-27 (Belbahara ROB) on the Manendragarh to Ambikapur section of NH-43 (previously NH-78). This bridge will be constructed at NH km 264.000 and railway chainage 937.14-15, located between Udalkachar and Boridand stations.
The work in each contract is to be completed within a period of 18 months from the date of commencement.
Bid submission due date for both is by 09 June, 2025.
