Mehta & Modi Realty is planning to develop a residential complex 'Blue Bell Residency' at Timmapur in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
The project will spread over 3.60 acres of land parcel and comprises the construction of four blocks of B+G+6 floors with 395 flats and amenities block of B+G+6 floors.
In Q3/FY2023, the project received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Telangana.
As per the information shared with Projects Today, the company is awaiting building permission and approvals for the project. The contractor is still being finalized.
The work on the project is expected to commence by end of Q1/2023 and to be completed by end-2025.
