Modis Navnirman has secured a major redevelopment mandate in Mumbai with its appointment as the developer for the BOI Staff Sheetal Co-operative Housing Society in Borivali West locality.

The project site, located at Ramnagar on SV Road, spans around 3,924.91 sq. mtrs. and carries an estimated gross development value of about Rs 250 crore. The redevelopment will focus on delivering a modern residential project with improved safety standards, sustainability features and enhanced lifestyle amenities for residents. The society has completed the mandatory 79A procedure in full compliance with statutory requirements, clearing a key regulatory hurdle. Following this, all society members unanimously consented to appoint Modis Navnirman, reflecting confidence in the company’s execution capabilities and redevelopment experience.

Commenting on the mandate, Mahek Modi, Whole Time Director and CFO, said, “The unanimous mandate from all members… is a strong validation of the trust reposed in Modis Navnirman.” He added that the project reinforces the company’s commitment to responsible redevelopment and value-driven urban living in Mumbai.
