Mount Roofing & Structures has significantly expanded its Tumkur facility, increasing its production capacity to 7,00,000 sq. mtrs. of PUF panels per month. 

This expansion has created over 400 employment opportunities, and includes the launch of a fully automated sandwich panel manufacturing line and a new pre-engineered building (PEB) plant. The integrated 22-acre campus now houses advanced facilities for producing sandwich panels, PEB structures, and polycarbonate sheets. This expansion, part of a Rs 250 crore investment, boosts the company’s manufacturing scale, enabling it to meet the growing demand for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects across India. The expanded production capabilities include 2,500 MT of PEB, 1,000 MT of cold-formed steel sections, and 350 tons of polycarbonate sheets.

"We are excited to strengthen our capacity in key product categories," said a company spokesperson. This growth also adds to Mount's expanded product offerings, including solar panel hi-rib roof profiles and rockwool sandwich panels.
