Sheila Dikshit, Chief Minister of Delhi, inaugurated the Munirka flyover on
Outer Ring Road (ORR) in Delhi on 10 March 2010.
The flyover, which has been built by PWD, Delhi at a cost of Rs.104 crore over the
Vivekanand Marg, Nelson Mandela Marg and Poorvi Marg intersections, has a total
length of 1,211 mtrs including 495 mtrs approach roads on both sides. The
flyover has a dual carriageway of 9-metre width and three lanes in each
direction.
Landscaping work under the flyover has been undertaken under the consultancy
of India Society of Landscape Architects.
