Nagarjuna Construction Company (NCC) has been appointed by the Cyber
Employees Welfare Society, a society formed by IT employees working in Hyderabad
and abroad, to build its Rs 100 crore Integrated Township spread over 6.4 acre,
at Tellapur, Hyderabad.
The township will comprise of 10 towers with 10 floors each, and each floor
will have four flats.
NCC is expected to build the property along with an amenity block of more
than 30,000 sq ft, towering over 9 floors. It will comprise indoor swimming
pool, two tennis courts, AC Gym and restaurant etc.
The project is likely to be completed by September 2011.
