The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for the development of a six-lane, access-controlled regional expressway along the northern side of Hyderabad.
The project spans several sections in Telangana and will be developed under the hybrid annuity model (HAM). Package I covers a 34.5 km stretch from Girmapur village in Sangareddy to Reddipalle village in Medak, with a cost of Rs 1,928.34 crore. Package-II covers 26 km from Reddipalle village to Islampur village, valued at Rs. 1,315.63 crore. Package-III spans 23 km from Islampur village to Pragnapur, estimated at Rs 1,233.76 crore.
Package IV spans a total design length of 43 km, from Pragnapur village (ch.82.000) to Rayagiri village (ch.125.000) under Package-IV) valued at Rs 1,868.11 crore. The fifth package stretches 35 km from Rayagiri village (ch.125.000) to Tangadpalle village (ch.160.000) with a value of 2188.79 crore.
The closing date for bid submissions for all the packages is set for 15 January, 2026.
