National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for permanent rectification of blackspots in Madurai to Tuticorin section of NH-38 (Old NH-45B) in Tamil Nadu.
The work includes permanent rectification of four blackspots (TN-(02)-117, TN-(02)-064 / 143, TN-(02)-567 & TN-(02)-025) by Construction of LVUP (1x12x4.5m) at Km 231+600 (Manjanaicanpatti Junction), VUP (1x20x5.5m) at km 235+756 (Eppothumvendran Bus stop), Service road from km 252+800 to km 254+800 (Thaneerpandhal to ECR Junction) and VUP (1x30x5.5m) at km 264+980 (Madathur Junction) in Madurai to Tuticorin section of NH-38 (Old NH-45B) on EPC mode.
The cost of the work is Rs 124.52 crore.
The bid submission closing date is 25 November, 2024.
