NTT Global Data Centers (NTT GDC) has acquired an 11-storey data centre in Mumbai for Rs 559.24 crore.
The property, known as DC-10, is located in Balaji IT Park and spans 30,195 sqm (325,016 sq ft). It includes an additional four-storey diesel generator structure. The building was previously owned by actor Jeetendra and his son Tusshar Kapoor through Tusshar Infra Developers. This purchase follows NTT's previous acquisition of a 2.39-acre site in the same IT park in June 2025, which also involved the Kapoor family.
As part of NTT’s "accelerated global expansion," the company has now expanded its footprint in India, where it operates more than 18 data centers.
