The Punj Lloyd Group has bagged an order worth Rs 574 crore from Thailand's PTT Public
Company.
The scope of work involves installation of three compressor units for the
platform compressor station on the PTT Riser Offshore Platform at water depths
of up to 80 mtrs in the Gulf of Thailand.
After the onshore fabrication of compressor modules, they will be installed
offshore on the existing PTT Riser Platform. The major equipment of the
compression facility is to be gas compressors, after coolers and gas turbine
generator with all other associated piping, structural and electrical &
instrumentation work. On completion, the project is expected to facilitate
boosting the pressure gas being supplied downstream.
