Godrej Properties has unveiled its new residential project at Sodepur in
Kolkata in West Bengal.
The project is expected to be developed on 24 acre. L&T is likely to
construct the project. It is likely to comprise of two and three-BHK formats in
the range of 900 to 1,800 sq ft. Besides, it is expected to have amenities like
a community centre, club house, swimming pool, library and gymnasium.
The newly launched project has both rail and road connectivity and advantages
such as schools, hospitals and educational institutions in close proximity.
Also, the company is developing two IT parks, Godrej Waterside and Godrej
Genesis, in Sector V, Salt Lake.
