Noida based Supertech has earmarked Rs 2,500 crore to fund and execute its
various ongoing projects in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand by 2014.
Currently, the company has more than ten projects in hand comprising group
housing, integrated townships, hotels and shopping malls. These projects are
located in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut , Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh
and in Rudrapur, and Haridwar in Uttarakhand.
Of the total, 50 per cent of investment is likely to come through debt and
the remaining is to be funded through internal accruals and advances from
customers.
In Meerut, Supertech intends to develop an 51-acre integrated township
comprising about 3,000 apartments and 10 lakh sq ft of commercial area at an
investment of about Rs 500 crore.
The company has launched a 12.5 acre housing project in Noida where it plans
to develop 1,700 flats by 2012. The project is estimated to cost Rs 600 crore.
Along with this, the company is constructing another housing project, comprising
350 units, in Noida at an investment of Rs 120 crore.
Also, the company is constructing 1,500 apartments in Greater Noida at an
investment of Rs 500 crore.
