Madhucon Projects has bagged an EPC contract worth Rs 1,198 crore for setting
up 2x150 MW coastal thermal power project at Tamminapatnam and Mommidi villages
in SPSR Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh.
The project is to be completed in 27 months. This proposed order forms the
Phase II of the total envisaged 1,920 MW to be set up by Simhapuri Enegry.
Simhapuri Enegry has already been allotted land for the Phase II and
financial closure for the project is likely to be achieved soon.
