US-based customer experience technology firm Nextiva has launched a 35,000-sq. ft. innovation hub in Bengaluru, marking its largest facility outside the United States. This strategic move reinforces India’s pivotal role in the company’s global product and technology roadmap.
The hub will operate as a centre of excellence (COE), focusing on enhancing Nextiva’s AI-powered customer engagement tools and platform capabilities. Nextiva has more than doubled its workforce to 300 in the past year and plans to hire over 150 more employees. The hub is set to anchor product development efforts, particularly in AI, which is central to the company’s future offerings.
India now leads several core aspects of Nextiva’s development pipeline, including a major AI-led customer experience innovation scheduled for a global debut later in 2025. Nextiva’s platform, known for real-time, multichannel engagement, facilitates over 10 billion customer interactions annually across more than 1,00,000 businesses worldwide. Nextiva’s Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) platform is already being utilised by leading Indian enterprises such as Tata Play, ITC, Xiaomi, and Cred, demonstrating both regional adoption and global relevance.
The opening of this innovation hub not only boosts Nextiva’s presence in India but also reinforces the country’s emerging position as a global technology powerhouse, particularly in the development of AI-driven solutions that shape the future of customer experience.
