Omaxe on 7 May 2010 launched a group housing project - Omaxe Residency - in
Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh.
The project is to be spread over 14 acre comprising 960 apartments of 2BHK,
2BHK + study and 3BHK in 1,150 sq ft, 1,250 sq ft to 1,450 sq ft. It is slated
to be completed by June 2013.
It is likely to have amenities like swimming pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi,
shower cubicle, hi-tech gymnasium, tennis / multi purpose court and so on. Also,
it will have an open / covered car parking, children's play ground and so on.
