Sanjose Supreme Tollways Development has signed the concession agreement with the Jaipur Development Authority for the Jaipur ring road project in Rajasthan.
The 47-km long road project is to cost Rs 1,100-crore. The concession period for the project is 28 years, including a three year construction period. The financial closure for the project is expected to be achieved soon.
Spanish Infrastructure Company Sanjose Constructora, S A is the lead member in the project holding a majority equity stake in the SPV while Mumbai based Supreme Infrastructure India is the other member of the SPV.
