Parsvnath Developers, through its subsidiary Parsvnath Landmark Developers, is developing Parsvnath La-Tropicana, a premium group housing project in Delhi’s Civil Lines.

Notably, the project’s Phase-I towers received a Fire Safety Certificate from the Delhi Fire Services on 09 September, 2025. Spread over 16.82 acres on Magazine Road, the project offers seamless connectivity to key residential and commercial hubs. The development consists of 505 flats, with fitouts already offered for 353 units. The project is being executed in three phases.

Phase I, comprising seven towers with 169 flats, and Phase II, with nine towers and 180 flats, are nearly complete, with most units handed over. Phase-III features five towers housing 156 flats; fit-outs for one tower (22 flats) are complete, while construction of the remaining four towers is in full swing, with delivery expected within 2025. Parsvnath Developers, active in 37 major cities across 13 states, has already delivered 68 projects, including housing, offices, malls, and affordable housing initiatives.
