Pune-based real estate developer Pinnacle Group has announced the successful completion of Phase 1 of its flagship mixed-use development, 9 Sadashiv Peth.

The project’s commercial segment, comprising 102 units spread across 80,000 sq. ft. and four floors, has received the Occupation Certificate (OC), enabling shop and office owners to begin possession soon. Alongside, the project also features 98 premium apartments covering approx. 1.40 lakh sq. ft., offering spacious two-BHK and three-BHK configurations with carpet areas ranging from 70 to 176 sq. mtrs.

Rohan Pawar, Chairman, Pinnacle Group noted the transformation of the congested Sadashiv Peth into a modern commercial and residential hub, stating the group’s pride in uplifting one of Pune’s most culturally significant locations. The possession handover for commercial units is set to begin in the coming months.
