Piramal Realty has successfully completed Phase 1 of its 12-acre residential development, Piramal Revanta, with Tower 4 receiving its occupation certificate (OC).

All four towers in this phase have been delivered, marking the transition from construction to community life. Over 1,100 homes have been handed over, and the development now includes a 20,000 sq. ft. wellness-focused clubhouse, Club RASA, alongside podium-top amenities such as a swimming pool, children’s play zones, and landscaped courts.

With Phase 1 completed, attention now shifts to Phase 2, featuring Towers 5 and 6, and the upcoming Club RAHA.
