Prajay Engineers Syndicate has unveiled Prajay Megapolis project in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
The project, spread over 21 acre, will have 22 towers in 10 blocks with 2,600 units. The project will offer two, three and four BHK apartments, in sizes ranging between 930 sq ft and 2,700 sq ft. Each tower will have 19 floors.
The company plans to develop the project in phases. Initially, it will construct 400 units by June 2014 and the balance 2,200 units are expected to be constructed later. With the rupee falling against the US dollar, the company is pitching this project for non-resident Indians (NRIs).
The project will have a clubhouse of about 1,25,000 sq ft with power back up, crèche, jogging tracks, a gymnasium, facilities for indoor and outdoor games, guest rooms, banquet halls, a convenience store, a play pen for children, swimming pools and car wash area among others. It will also offer a parking space for about 4,500 cars.
