The Prestige Group has launched Prestige High Fields, a Disney-themed residential property in Hyderabad.
Spread over an area of about 20.66 acres, the property offers two, 2.5, three, 3.5 and four BHK apartments. In all, there will be 2,240 flats in a cluster of seven highrise towers.
The total built-up area for the residential development is about 6.2 million sq ft, including the basement parking. The towers range up to G+33.
The premises will come up in a landscaped complex and will be adorned with Disney characters and motifs.
The clubhouse would be spread across 1,19,780 sq ft. It would have gym, spa, badminton and squash courts, a mini theatre and a guest room, supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, party hall, restaurant, creche, boutique, library, and salon.
