RMC Switchgears has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for a feeder segregation contract under the revamped reforms-based and results linked distribution sector scheme (RDSS).
Issued by Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam (JVVNL), the segregation of 11 kV mixed feeders will be carried out at 88 locations in the Dholpur circle of Jaipur Discom in Rajasthan. The contract, worth Rs 117.14 crore, is to be executed on a turnkey basis. The work also covers quality assurance, installation, and associated civil works, as well as handling pre-commissioning, delivery, and the complete commissioning of the facilities as per the prescribed plans and specifications.
This project is part of a larger initiative to improve the state's distribution sector, ensuring better power distribution and efficiency.
