RailTel Corporation of India has been awarded a significant work order worth Rs 78.43 crore by Bharat Coking Coal for establishing an integrated IT-based security infrastructure along with various types of services.

The project encompasses the implementation of cutting-edge IT-based security solutions and associated services, demonstrating RailTel's capability to deliver robust technological systems. The contract is slated for completion by 28 August, 2025.

RailTel boasts a pan-India optic fiber network that spans urban and rural areas, underscoring its strategic importance in advancing the nation’s digital infrastructure.
