The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) is planning to launch housing schemes in the state during 2012.
The RHB will construct 7,917 houses at an investment of Rs 631 crore. Of which, the board will construct 4,605 for lower income group (LIG) and economically weaker section (EWS). Also, plans are afoot for providing the relaxation of Rs 2-4 lakh on RHB houses for martyrs' wives. The board will launch the schemes in Alwar, Hanumangarh, Bikaner, Kota, Udaipur, Mansarovar, Pratap Nagar and Indira Gandhi Nagar.
