Ravetkar Group has announced the launch of its redevelopment project called ‘Anusha Residency’.

Anusha Residency is situated in a residential area in Sahakar Nagar in Paravati and is a six storeyed single tower. It will offer three and four BHK duplex ultra luxury flats, priced at Rs 12,500 per sq ft. The three BHK apartments with 1,200 sq ft area cost Rs 1.54 crore each, and the four BHK apartments with 2,000-2,200 sq ft area is priced at about Rs 2.5 crore each.

The project is presently under construction and will be ready for possession by June 2016.

Pune-based Ravetkar Group has built and sold several redevelopment projects across prime areas in Pune. Till date, it has completed over 10 lakh sq ft of projects in and around Pune and at present is developing residential projects of over one lakh sq ft in the city.
