The Central Reserve Police Force is undertaking construction of residential quarters and barracks at Kadarpur in Gurugram district of Haryana and Pappankalan in New Delhi.
In December 2016, Hombale Constructions & Estates bagged an order worth Rs 131.28 crore from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for construction of 749 units of family quarters and three units of 240 men barracks including W/S, S/I, internal electrical installation, fire fighting, passenger/goods lifts and miscellaneous E&M services at Group Centre CRPF, Kadarpur.
In January 2017, B E Billimoria & Company bagged an order worth Rs 52.66 crore from CPWD for construction of family quarters (T/II-208, T/III-06, T/IV-05 & T/V-02) and barracks (120 men and 360 women) including water supply, sanitary installation, internal electrical installation, electrical installation & fans, DG sets & AMF panels, firefighting & alarm system and miscellaneous E&M services at 88 Bn, CRPF, Pappankalan.
In the latest development tracked by Projects Today, around 85 percent work awarded to Hombale Constructions & Estates has been completed. The entire project is scheduled to be ready by October 2020.
