New Consolidated Construction Company (NCCCL), a prominent engineering and construction firm in India, has received a letter of award (LoA ) for the construction of Tower 1 at Lodha Alibaug, a large-scale residential development in Mandwa, Alibaug.
This project is the first residential tower in the 200+ acre township and is part of Phase 1 of the development. NCCCL’s scope of work also covers associated non-tower structures involves reinforced cement concrete (RCC) works, which are crucial for the core structural package of the high-rise development. The contract is valued at Rs 112.5 crore, covering an estimated 7.26 lakh sq. ft. built-up area. The building will include a G+3 podium and 35 upper floors, along with essential structures such as overhead tanks, lift machine rooms, and G+3 non-tower ancillary spaces.
The construction will use a monolithic RCC system with aluminium formwork (Aluform), known for its speed, consistency, and precision in high-rise projects, leveraging NCCCL’s extensive experience.
