South Eastern Coalfields (SECL) has issued a tender for handling, transport, and other mining services at the Manikpur open cast project (OCP) in Korba.
The scope of work covers overburden (OB) removal, handling and transport services, hiring of heavy earth moving machinery (HEMM) for OB removal, as well as coal drilling, loading, and transportation. The services will be executed on a percentage quote basis. The contract is planned for a period of seven years, aiming to ensure efficient and systematic mining operations, and for this, qualified contractors are invited to provide manpower, machinery, and logistics support required for large-scale OB and coal management, helping maintain continuous production and transportation flow.
