SJS Enterprises, a leading decorative aesthetics company in India, has entered into a Technology License cum Supply Agreement (TLA) with BOE Varitronix (BOEVX) from Hong Kong.
This agreement, part of the company’s strategic expansion plan, will see SJS assemble and optically bond automotive displays for four-wheelers in India. BOEVX will supply key components such as cover glass and backlight units, while also supporting the localisation of optical bonding. The agreement is designed to boost SJS’s automotive capabilities and meet the growing demand for advanced display systems in India. BOEVX will transfer its licenced technology, know-how, and offer training to support SJS in manufacturing, assembly, testing, and quality control.
This collaboration enhances SJS's product capabilities and accelerates the localisation of key display components, positioning the company as a comprehensive solutions provider in the automotive sector.
