1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

SKA Group to invest in a high-street commercial project in Ghaziabad

NCR-based SKA Group has launched a new high-street commercial project, SKA Arcadia, in Ghaziabad’s Wave City with an investment of Rs 125 crore.

The signature high-street commercial project will be spread across 7,860 sq mts in a format comprising retail outlets, society shops, high-street stores and amenities such as food courts, restaurants, and banquet halls for a complete shopping experience. With this, the Group has embarked on its first commercial project in the Ghaziabad region.

The project will see the overall development of 2.5 lakh sq ft of retail spaces.

The planned deployment of smart features like advanced surveillance systems, smart metering, fiber connectivity, street light automation, and eco-friendly smart parking will enhance customer experience. Vertical movement will be supported by ample number of elevators and escalators.

The project is RERA-approved and delivery is expected by December 2025.

The real estate developer expects to attract 10 lakh population potentially from the nearby group housing schemes and regions, apart from the catchment area of township projects like Wave City, Aditya World City, Land Craft, and educational institutes in the vicinity.

Moreover, the project offers easy access from NH-24 which connects adjoining regions like Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi.
