Saatvik Green Energy is set for ramping up its manufacturing capacity, with plans to nearly double it from 4.8 GW to 8.8 GW through its ongoing project in Odisha.
CEO Prashant Mathur expressed confidence in the company’s growth momentum, driven by strong demand for solar equipment, capacity expansion, and a broader product portfolio. "We have consistently been growing...focusing on quality and hi-tech products," he stated, highlighting the company’s commitment to backward integration and expanding into ancillary and allied businesses like inverters, pumps, and EPC services.
The new facility will begin module manufacturing in the first quarter of the next financial year, with cell manufacturing slated to start later in the year, which is expected to enhance profitability. With a strong order pipeline, the company anticipates continued growth in cell and module operations.
