The Sadbhav Jodhpur Ring Road, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sadbhav Infrastructure, has achieved financial closure for a road project in Rajasthan under NHDP Phase-VII.
The company achieved financial closure within the timelines stipulated in accordance with the concession agreement dated 6 February 2018.
The scope of work envisages four-laning of Dangiywas (96.595 km of NH-112) to Jajiwal (283.500 km of NH-65 Nagaur Road) section Package-I (design length 74.619 km) of Jodhpur Ring Road (in principally declared NH).
The bid cost of the project is Rs 1,161 crore with a construction period of 730 days from the appointed day. The operation period of the project is 15 years from commercial operation date (COD).
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) quoted a bid project cost of Rs 1,076.18 crore. The length of the road is 74.619 km. The project will soon get an appointed date.
