1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Sagar Cements to commission greenfield units by Q2/FY22

Sagar Cements is expecting greenfield units of Satguru Cement and Jajpur Cements to be commissioned in Q2/FY22.

Hyderabad-based Sagar Cements announced the acquisition of 100 percent stake in Odisha-based Jajpur Cements (JCPL), besides a 65 percent stake in Indore-based Satguru Cements (SCPL).

As part of the pact, Sagar Cements is investing Rs 150 crore in SCPL to set up a greenfield cement manufacturing plant of one million tonne capacity along with a waste heat recovery power plant at Rs 426 crore. It will be holding 65 percent in the equity share capital of SCPL upon completing these projects.

It is also investing Rs 108 crore in JCPL in a phased manner to acquire 100 percent shareholding in it and set up a greenfield grinding unit of 1.5 million tonne in Jajpur at Rs 308 crore.

For FY22, Sagar Cements plans to invest close to around Rs 400 to Rs 450 crore as it is implementing two projects. Out of this the company has already spent Rs 300 crore in FY21 so far. It will further spend Rs 125 crore.
