Shree Cement has successfully commissioned RAS Unit-11 at its integrated manufacturing facility in Jaitaran, Rajasthan.

This new unit adds 3.65 MTPA of clinker capacity and 3.0 MTPA of cement capacity, further solidifying Shree Cement’s position as one of Asia’s largest and most advanced single-location cement facilities. Designed as a fully integrated unit, RAS Unit-11 enhances the plant’s clinkerisation and grinding capabilities, ensuring efficient supply to key North Indian markets. With this expansion, Shree Cement’s total cement production capacity in India now reaches 65.8 MTPA. The unit incorporates advanced automation, modern infrastructure, and energy-efficient systems, such as a 22 MW waste heat recovery system and the use of alternative fuels.
