Samay Homes is planning to develop a group housing project 'The Sapphire' at Dhirajganj in Saraikela Kharsawan district of Jharkhand.
The project will spread over 7.08 acre of land parcel and will see development of two residential buildings of G+ 11 floors, EWS block of G+4 floors with total 150 flats and 30 duplex bunglows of G+2 floors including parking provision.
As per the latest update available with Projects Today, the company is awaiting environment clearance for the project.
Work on the project is expected to be commence by September 2022.
The project is expected to be completed by December 2026.
