Samruddhi Realty, the real estate major, has unveiled a new residential project titled 'Samruddhi Rhythm’ which will come up off Hennur road in Bangalore.
The project will come up over three acre and will be spread across four towers, with each tower comprising 50 flats of two and three BHK apartments.
Amenities like round-the-clock security system, intercom facility and rainwater harvesting will be provided. Other facilities include a swimming pool, a children’s play area, club house, steam and sauna centre and convenience store, a snooker room, a library and a gym. There will also be private gardens, walkways and jogging tracks.
The project is likely to be ready for possession by the end of 2015.
