Serene Communities has teamed up with Gardencity Realty to develop a premium senior living community in Budigere, one of Bengaluru’s rapidly growing residential corridors.

The project, with a saleable area of 3,00,000 sq. ft. and a gross development value of Rs 300 crore, is part of Serene Communities’ strategy to expand in the senior living market. The community will offer 250 premium two and three-BHK homes starting at Rs 80 lakhs, and construction is set to begin after approvals are expected in the next six months. The project is designed around the concept of positive aging, featuring a large clubhouse, library, dining areas, fitness facilities, therapy gardens, spa, and a 24/7 health and wellness centre.

Budigere, well-connected to key IT hubs and Kempegowda International Airport, is becoming an ideal location for senior living, with hospitals, retail spaces, and leisure facilities nearby. Serene Communities plans to invest Rs 500 crore in Bengaluru’s senior living sector over the next 3-5 years.
