Serene Communities, the senior living platform of Columbia Pacific Communities, will invest Rs 3,000 crore to expand its senior housing projects across India.

The company is focusing on creating wellness-driven, community-based living spaces for seniors, partnering with regional developers to address the growing demand for managed senior housing. With India’s senior population rapidly increasing, Serene is positioning itself as a leader in this emerging market. Currently, the company has 13 projects under development, covering nearly 2.5 million sq. ft. across cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, and Mysuru.
