Shubhashish Homes has taken a major step in its multi-city growth plan by securing an agreement for a 32-acre township project in Indore, its first large venture outside Rajasthan.
The land, located in a rapidly developing corridor, is set to become one of Indore’s landmark residential townships, with early planning and design underway. Regulatory approvals are expected to determine the timeline for a launch within the next three to five months. A senior executive said, “This move reflects our long-term view of Indore’s potential and the need for well-planned, future-ready communities.” The company’s Indore entry aligns with its broader push into new regions, including upcoming projects in Mumbai and Prayagraj for FY 2026-27.
This momentum is being driven by ongoing projects, a strong development pipeline, and sustained interest from homebuyers who prefer cleaner air, community-focused layouts, and energy-efficient features—elements the company has already incorporated into its Jaipur developments, including Shubhashish Geeta, and Shubhashish Prakash. Across its portfolio, the developer has completed over one million sq. ft., is currently constructing five million sq. ft, and has another 1.5 million sq. ft. in the planning stage.
