Delhi-NCR–listed developer Signature Global will launch housing projects worth Rs 17,000 crore in FY26, adding nearly 10 million sq. ft. of new inventory, largely in Gurugram.
“Of this, we have already launched projects worth Rs 4,000 crore covering 1.8 million sq ft. The remaining 7.5–8 million sq. ft., valued at Rs 12,000–13,000 crore, will roll out by the festive season,” Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal noted. Key launches include two major developments—3.5–4 million sq. ft. on Dwarka Expressway and about four million sq. ft. along Southern Peripheral Road.
FY26 targets include Rs 12,500 crore in pre-sales and Rs 6,000 crore in collections, following record Rs 10,290 crore bookings in FY25. While built on affordable housing, the company now focuses on the Rs two–five crore segment. Expansion plans cover Delhi’s L-Zone and Rohini, and Noida with 2,000 sq. ft. units priced Rs three to four crore.
Signature Global will invest Rs 1,500 crore in land acquisition and Rs 2,500 crore in construction, aiming for Rs 15,000 crore GDV from new projects.
