SpazeOne, South India’s fastest-growing managed office space provider, has announced a major expansion across the region, with plans to open new centres in Bengaluru, Kochi, Coimbatore, Trivandrum, and Calicut.
This expansion reflects the increasing demand from startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, and large corporations for scalable workspace solutions. As part of its strategy in Bengaluru, the company will add around 200,000 sq. ft. of managed office space with an investment of Rs 20 million. The new centre in Whitefield, near Seetharamapalaya Metro Station, will offer flexibility for enterprise occupiers with the option to expand in phases within the same building. Co-founder Sijo Jose highlighted that the move is a key milestone for SpazeOne, emphasizing that South India, particularly Bengaluru, remains a crucial hub for global enterprises.
The company plans to open additional centres in Bengaluru, including locations at HSR Layout, MG Road, and Indiranagar, with a total investment of Rs 500 million. New centres are also set to open in Kochi and other South Indian cities by early 2026.
