Speco Infrastructure has emerged as the lowest (L1) bidder for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority’s (MMRDA) infrastructure project for traffic improvement at the Teen Hath Naka Junction on the Eastern Express Highway in Thane City, Maharashtra.
The company bid successfully at Rs 199.88 crore. The work includes the construction of a U-loop type flyover with a total length of 637 metres. This flyover will feature a carriageway width ranging from 12 to 14 metres along a 127-mtrs. section and 8.5 mtrs. for the remaining 510 mtrs.
The construction is scheduled for completion within 24 months. Additionally, the project comes with a defect liability period of 60 months to ensure long-term quality and durability. This development is expected to provide the infrastructure boost to Thane district, contributing to the region’s overall urban mobility and connectivity improvements.
