Sri Lotus Developers & Realty, a prominent luxury real estate developer in Mumbai, has successfully launched two new projects, 'The Arcadian' in Juhu and 'Amalfi' in Versova, generating strong initial bookings worth Rs 130 crore.

The Arcadian, launched in September 2025 has an estimated GDV of Rs 700 crore, while, Amalfi, has a GDV of Rs 300 crore. Both projects are witnessing high demand, attributed to their prime locations, distinctive B&G architectural themes, world-class amenities, and the company’s reputation for quality and timely delivery. Construction is progressing rapidly on both developments.

Additionally, Sri Lotus is preparing to launch Project Varun in Bandra in Q3/FY26, an ultra-luxury residential development in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after neighborhoods, further enhancing their footprint in the premium real estate market.
