Real estate developer Sumadhura Group has announced plans to invest around Rs 6,000 crore to develop six new housing projects in Bengaluru, banking on sustained demand in the city’s residential segment.
The Bengaluru-based company will launch the projects this quarter across east and north Bengaluru, covering nearly 90 acres of land. Together, the developments will offer more than 4,000 units, including apartments and residential plots, with a total saleable area exceeding eight million sq. ft. The company expects these projects to generate revenue of about Rs 10,000 crore over time. Explaining the expansion, Chairman and Managing Director Madhusudhan G said, “Housing demand in Bengaluru continues to be strong.”
Over the past three decades, the Group has delivered 56 projects spanning over 17 million sq. ft. and operates across housing, office, warehousing and co-living segments. The new launches underline developer confidence in the city's residential growth trajectory.
