Surya Roshni, the lighting and steel pies manufacturer, is planning to pump
in Rs 550 crore over the next three years on its expansion and scale up the
company's Kashipur facility in Uttarakhand, as part of this process.
The
Kashipur facility is likely to be expanded to produce 20 lakh CFL bulbs. It
will entail an investment of Rs 20 crore.
Meanwhile, a new plant at Malanpur, Madhya Pradesh, is expected to be set up
with an outlay of Rs 100 crore.
