TDFM Inffrastructure has announced the successful completion of a landmark phase in India’s CNG infrastructure rollout, significantly advancing the nation’s clean fuel goals. Operating across 13 states and 74 districts, the company has laid a vast pipeline network, constructed 36 modern compressor stations, and enabled 185 public and private CNG filling stations.

In alignment with the Government of India’s Clean Fuel Mandate, TDFM’s infrastructure backbone enhances access to cleaner, more affordable fuel for millions. “This isn’t just about pipelines—it’s about connecting the dream of a greener India to every household, auto rickshaw, and bus depot,” said Jitendr Andhale, Managing Director of TDFM Inffrastructure. Key impacts include a reduction of 1.2 million tonne of CO2 emissions annually—comparable to removing 3,00,000 vehicles from roads—fuel savings of up to 40 percent for commercial transport, and employment for over 500 people created across installation and operations.

The company is also piloting innovations such as Bio-CNG, hydrogen blending, IoT-based pipeline management, and hybrid CNG-EV refuelling stations. TDFM Inffra, founded in May 2018 and headquartered in Thane, Maharashtra, is now setting its sights on renewable gas, AI-driven distribution, and multi-fuel mobility as India advances toward its net-zero targets.
