The Tata Consumer Products-owned Soulfull is looking to expand its Bidadi manufacturing plant located in Karnataka, with the intention of ensuring maximum capacity, along with automation to drive its scale-up plans.
Soulfull was acquired by Tata Consumer Products in 2021, and witnessed the expansion from 15,000 stores to 4,00,000 stores across the country post acquisition.
The move is backed by its plan to leverage the wide distribution network and brand recall of Tata Consumer Products. The company is also evaluating opportunities to set up a plant which will cater to pan-India requirements, and specifically the other performance-centric markets such as the Southern belt, which is being serviced from the Bidadi facility currently.
Soulfull, which initially launched breakfast cereals and recently forayed into masala oats, has been seen to clock increasing demand for its products.
