Tata DoCoMo, the GSM brand of Tata Teleservices, is likely to invest $150
million (approx Rs 697.5 crore) for the network and capacity expansion in
Karnataka by 2010.
The investment is likely to help in increasing the network area and
infrastructure in existing and even newer geographies. The company has already
invested around $150 million dollars since its launch in July 2009.
At present, Tata DoCoMo offers services in 450 towns and around 3,000
villages.
