Ten Square Realty is setting up a mall in Chennai.
The Rs 100-crore proposed mall is to be spread over 1.50 lakh sq ft. It will
have 140 stores with sizes varying from 450 sq ft to 3,800 sq ft and a
280-seater food court. It will have facilities for parking 174 cars and 175 two
wheelers. The company has a technical collaboration with Valkea Koski Betoni of
Finland, which had a pre-cast construction products manufacturing facility in
Chennai. The four-storeyed mall is slated to be operational by September 2011.
