Public Works Department (PWD), Tamil Nadu has floated a tender for four-laning of Thirukoilur-Asanur Road in Kallakurichi.
The road widening work from two lane to four lane will be carried out at km 4/9 - 12/9, 19/9 - 28/8 of Thirukoilur-Asanur road including junction improvements, widening of culverts, reconstruction of culvert , widening of minor bridges, construction of minor bridges, construction of centre median, drain, retaining wall, and providing Paver blocks (SH 137), at a cost of Rs 86.55 crore.
The timeperiod to execute the work is 15 months.
The bid submission due date is 11 December, 2024.
